Dreaming of Charcuterie Boards

This weekend while dining out, we ordered a charcuterie board, and now I want to make one...

It was such a visually appetizing board, with olives, cheeses, crusty bread, raisins, and pistachios. I relished and savored every salty and creamy bite. 

Now I dream of buying a board just for this reason and artfully placing meats and cheeses all over. I would also include nuts, fruits, bread and of course some sweet morsels of desserts. I would invite a few friends, and over drinks, we would talk and laugh the night away. 

There are so many ways to create these beautiful and delicious boards. I definitely have to make this happen sooner than later.
