When It's Rainy Outside

It all started with this bag of marshmallows.

Buddy Roller saw this picture, and then he wanted to make some marshmallow "dudes" of his own.

So we did.

We looked around the house for all the necessary materials, and we found them.

Toothpicks, glue, markers, pipe cleaners and a little imagination.

Buddy Roller laughed and squealed with delight as we made these soft and spongy guys.

And the laughter just continued to build as the marshmallow creations kept falling over as I tried to take a picture of them.

It doesn't take much to please Buddy Roller.

Just the two of us spending time and doing silly things together.

We've had a great time bonding these past few days.

The Hubs is out of the country attending the funeral for his Uncle Howard, and even though we miss him a lot, we have to fill our time to make the days go quickly.

It's been pretty stormy too these last few days with severe thunder and lightning storms popping up here and there.

We have to get creative and find things to do indoors.

Hoping the sun and clear blue skies will make an appearance real soon.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
